Terms and Conditions

BILLING

Full payment is due at the time of booking.  A $50 "Booking Fee" may be added for last minute reservations (within 24 hours).  Reservations made within 24 hours may be subject to payments via Zelle ONLY, this is at D1 N Only Driver's discretion, only established clients are exempt from this policy.  Cash is only accepted for tips to the driver.  All bookings must go through the booking site where details of reservations are established and confirmed. 

Additional Stops: Price vary depending on distance between stops. The minimum charge is $25 per stop, per trip. 

Booster Car Seats are available at the rate of $25 per seat

Wheelchair Rental is available at $50 per trip

*** Note Booster Car Seats and Wheelchair are property of D1 N Only Driver and are available for TRANSPORTATION ONLY.  These items are only available for transportation purposes, not for long term use outside of transporting our clients. Equipment not provided by D1 N Only Driver is prohibited and will not be allowed or stored. 

Credit card payments will include a 4% processing fee, tax and additional fees will be outlined at the time of estimate.

Additional passenger headcount AFTER an estimate has been provided (whether on location or prior to pick up) will result in additional fees at the rate of $40 per passenger, per trip.

Post incident fees, such as damages (smoking, vomit, spilled food drink etc.) will be separately billed and communicated accordingly. 

Outstanding balances will be deducted from the listed credit card on file within 2 business days. By booking with D1 N ONLY DRIVER you authorize your credit card to be charged for unpaid balances.  

Cancelled reservations will incur a $100 fee (per trip, not per reservation).  

CLEANING

The following cleaning fees apply:

Trash - $75

Food/Drink - $150

Smoking - $750

Human Waste (vomit, urine, feces, blood etc.) - $750

Damaging property is never allowed. Some examples include intentionally spilling food or drink; smoking in a car; or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption or otherwise. If you damage property, you’re responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair fees outside of normal wear and tear. In addition to cleaning fees, D1 N Only Driver LLC reserve the right to charge the following fees:

$150/per hour Out of Service Fee

$150 Hazardous Material Fee (where applicable).

$75 Administrative Fee.

You shall be responsible for replacement costs of any items that cannot be satisfactorily cleaned or repaired. If you feel that there has been a mistake (e.g. there was no mess to clean), then feel free to submit reply to the email with your justification and our compliance team will review the case in detail and reply back with the outcome of the review. This process takes 5-7 business days.  By booking with D1 N Only Driver LLC you agree to these terms.

Damaging property is never allowed. Some examples include intentionally spilling food or drink; smoking in a car; or vomiting due to excessive alcohol consumption or otherwise. If you damage property, you’re responsible for the cost of cleaning and repair fees, outside of normal wear and tear. If proof of damage or cleaning is provided, you will be responsible for 100% of the amount due plus:

$450 Out of Service Fee

$150 Hazardous Material Fee (where applicable).

$75 Administrative Fee.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL

D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC reserves the right to refuse service for over intoxicated rider for the safety of our drivers.  This includes the use of illegal narcotics, the smoking of marijuana, and alcohol where not permitted.  If the driver identifies the ride as "too drunk or rowdy", it is the driver's discretion to decline the ride for safety reasons. If the rider is deemed too intoxicated DURING the ride, the driver reserves the ride to end the ride, with payments forfeited. 

If you’re a rider and you have reason to believe your driver may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, ask the driver to end the trip immediately, exit the vehicle and call 911. After the driver has ended the trip, report your experience to D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC.

OVERAGES & WAIT TIMES

Prices quoted include only the trip type booked, which hourly reservations as well as one-way and round-trip transfers. Prices do not include additional charges for changes in the scope of Services that result in additional mileage, reservation hours, or wait times. If ride is extended past the agreed upon end-time, customer will pay the hourly prorated amount. D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC provides a complementary wait time of 15 minutes after your trip time has started. A per-minute wait time fee will begin after your driver arrives at your location and the agreed upon pick-up time has passed.  The Overages & Wait Times are billable at the rate of $150/hour or $37.50per 15-minute intervals with the minimum time being 15 minutes.  Should an overage exceed ONE HOUR, at that point the minimum 4 hour rental rate will apply at $150.00/per hour plus applicable booking fees, taxes and credit card service fees.  All Overages & Wait Times are due at the time of service, if not settled D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC reserve the right to cancel any return trips, and the client will forfeit any deposits or prepaid services.  Clients are afforded ONE reschedule due to scheduling conflicts, however subsequent rescheduling will incur a $75 rescheduling fee, to be charged at D1 N Only Driver LLC's discretion. 

Customer authorizes D1 N ONLY DRIVER to bill any of these above referenced to the credit card on file and customer agrees to pay all such charges. We will notify you in writing or via phone of any such additional charges as soon as practicable. You hereby explicitly agree that all communication in relation to amounts owed will be made by electronic mail or by phone, as provided to D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC and/or D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC Payments by you. Such communication may be made by D1 N ONLY DRIVER LLC or by anyone on their behalf, including but not limited to a third-party collection agent.  

PASSENGER BEHAVIOR

The safety of and comfort to our riders and others is our number one priority.  D1 N ONLY DRIVER has a ZERO tolerance for harassment of its drivers, fellow riders, or those encountered during the ride (i.e. pedestrians, spectators, others on the road).  This includes:

Acts of verbal abuse. 

Harassment

Threats of physical harm.

Violence against others.

Objects thrown from the vehicle.

Racism, Sexism, Xenophobia, Homophobia and other acts identified as hate crime behavior under Federal or State legislation. 

In addition, riders are expected to remain seated WITH THEIR SAFETY BELTS ENGAGED at all times.  Riders in violation of this policy forfeit legal and financial claims as a result of any injuries sustained (moving or stationary).

D1 N ONLY DRIVER reserve the right to terminate the ride for any of the above-mentioned violations.  In addition, the driver reserves the right to contact the authorities, assist in any complaints, or file a formal complaint. 

SMOKING

SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN ALL VEHICLES. THIS INCLUDES CIGATTES, CIGARS, MARIJUANA, PIPES, HOOKAHS, VAPING AND ANY/ALL OTHER FORMS OF SMOKING. The cleaning terms apply for any violations of this policy.

MISCELLANEOUS

Passenger Recording

As part of our efforts to keep our clients (riders) safe, our vehicles are equipped with surveillance systems.  These systems record audio, video, GPS location and the vehicles' speed while driving.  By retaining D1 N ONLY DRIVER you agree to being recorded.

A copy of any video can be obtained by submitting a request via email to d1nonlydriver@gmail.com accompanied by a payment of $250.00 (via Zelle, Venmo, Ca$hApp, or PayPal). 

Alternate Payment Options

D1 N Only Driver does accept Venmo, Ca$happ, PayPal, and Zelle.  Please let us know if you prefer one of these payment methods to avoid the Credit Card Processing Fee associated with our 3rd party service.
